The good outweighs the bad (barely)
The service was really good, particularly from Susan in room service and Liang at the pool. Their dedication.
The dining experience was disappointing. The food lacked variety and quality, leading to a missed opportunity for an enjoyable meal.

I really enjoyed my stay with a spacious room that had amazing views and a cozy atmosphere. The indoor pool and spa services were top-notch and helped me unwind after a long day. Just a heads-up, I noticed some taxi drivers took longer routes, so keep that in mind when planning airport trips! 😊

would recommend for one night
Comfortable room, fine view, with a perfect setup for a relaxing stay, especially enjoyed the refreshing ambiance of the infinity pool and the diligent assistance from the staff with our luggage as we explored the nearby Zhujiang New Town station.
Loved everything.

I liked the hotel facilites and spacious/well designed room
I didn't like the crowd, too many nouveau riches. Tian bar was full of loud people and too smoky. It didn't feel at all like the bar of a classy, top-star hotel.

Position, design of the hotel, food (the japanese and the cantonese restaurants are really food!), the breakfast is amazing, the shuttle service to the fair
The staff is kind and they say always yes with a great smile in their face BUT concierge service doesn't assist you at all. They are not able to give you the right suggestions, explain things well (maybe because they do not know actually), organize for you a trip or even a dinner! (They suggested a restaurant and said that it was a very good restaurant with excellent food and with Music!the food was orrible, no one spoke English so it was very difficult to communicate, there wasn't music at all,the restaurant was empty!) I am really disappointed since I chose this hotel first of all for the service it should have given!

Accommodation was luxurious and clean, rooms were reasonably large and brand-new. Excellent service, provided by the professional staff. Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with stunning view and the bath tub, as for instance, which I really appreciated. It had a quiet atmosphere and the location was prime. Loved every minute of being there, would recommend.

Couple's Perfect Getaway
The room was spacious with fine views of the city that took my breath away. We got to enjoy breakfast in a really nice restaurant where I tried the best dim sum ever, the abalone 'Siew Mai' was amazing.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but worth the experience.
